Domain hub for noticing reactions, triggers, behaviors. Different from journaling — Claude’s job here is to detect patterns across entries that Denys can’t see while inside any single one.

What lives here

• Triggers — what situations produce which reactions.
• Recurring behaviors — patterns showing up across weeks/months.
• Tensions — incompatible drives that keep showing up together.
• Counter-evidence — moments where a stated pattern didn’t hold. Important; it falsifies false patterns.

Workflow

When Denys files a brain dump or weekly review entry containing affect / reaction / trigger language, surface it here. Cross-link prior observations. If the same pattern appears 3+ times, promote it to a synthesis page in wiki/synthesis/.
